Elisabeth Marian "Elise"
Edwin Louis
Arthur seems a little more conventional to me than Edwin (it's handsome, but doesn't feel like something I'd pick). Hugo's cool, but I don't totally like it combined with these names. Louis is actually my favorite, but I put it in the middle to avoid pronunciation confusion (I'm not even sure how I'd want to say it! they're both used where I live, and I like both).
Margaret is fine -sturdy, sophisticated, wearable- but doesn't appeal to me at all. Laura I wouldn't mind as a MN, but I don't really like that either. I think Elisabeth and Marian are pretty, and I hate seeing Elisabeth in the middle because it just seems like an afterthought, so used it as the FN.
And I think Edwin and Elise / Elsie / Elisabeth is a nice sibset.
If I were using them all, differently...
Hugo & Laura
Louis & Marian
Edwin & Margaret
Arthur & Elisabeth

Arthur & Hugo
Marian & Laura
Elisabeth & Margaret
I think Laura & Hugo are a nice pair; it makes me like Laura a tiny bit. Louis & Marian are my favorite, though...I think they seem the most down-to-earth to me.
They all seem pretty similar. I don't think any combination would be mismatched.
Edwin Louis

Thanks so much, everyone! Your input has really helped me gauge what others think of the names on my list and how they fit together.
Saying 2 boys and 2 girls... wow choosing among the girls would be hard. I feel similarly towards all of them.
Boys: Arthur and Edwin called Ned awww baby.
Girls: Laura and Elisabeth called Liz. edit No Lizzie I like that more.
Are we doing our own middle names? I need some more structure here. I'll do my own middles.
Arthur Sylvest
Laura Petronelle
Elisabeth Oriana
Edwin Rudolf

You can absolutely do your own middle names. I'm just trying to figure out which of my top names works best for siblings.
Edwin Rudolf is incredibly handsome!

Twins: Laura Marian & Louis Hugo
Sibset: Laura Elisabeth & Arthur Louis
Sibset: Laura Elisabeth & Arthur Louis
Laura and Louis for twins would be quite cute.
Elisabeth Marian and Hugo Arthur
or Margaret Marian and Elisabeth Laura
or Edwin Louis and Arthur Hugo.
or Margaret Marian and Elisabeth Laura
or Edwin Louis and Arthur Hugo.
Ooh. I like that you used the list to make middle names too. Nice combos!
Margaret "Molly" and Arthur would be cute but a bit too tied to HP for me. :D
Louis, Arthur and Marian.
Should we do a one boy one girl set or whatever comes to us?
If it's whatever then Marian, Laura, Hugo and Edwin.
If boy/girl then Margaret and Arthur.
Why? They create nice flowing sets to me, each of them has a vibe that appeals to me. The first one brings to mind an early 2000's crime tv show and specifically an episode centred around a stuck up, formerly wealthy household - it's quite specific but it's the vibe I'm getting from these names together and I like it. The second one is very very boring and plain but not in a lazy way which also has its charm, I think.

Whatever came to you was perfectly fine. I'm just trying to figure out which of my top names would work best for a sibset.
I think there's beauty in "plain" first names since you can go a little wild in the middle. :D

Elisabeth and Edwin work well together, I also like Marian and Louis!
Elisabeth and Edwin do work well together!
Arthur and Hugo. They fit together really well and I like both of them.
I'd have a rough time if a girl joined them. I guess I'd go with Margaret, because even though I value those names roughly equally, at least that one would be honouring a grandmother of hers.

I already have a Hugo, and I really love Arthur so that would be my pick; Hugo & Arthur. If I have to add a girls name as well I'd say Hugo, Arthur & Marian.
Hugo, Arthur, and Marian would make a great set.
Elisabeth Julia and Margaret Isabel are adorable! They'd make great sisters.
Elisabeth, Hugo and Laura
Edwin, Hugo and Laura
