I think Harvey is kind of charming, in a nerdy way. Harmony is okay, but the 'Har-' sound definitely works better on guys.
Same with the '-per' ending; Jasper, Jesper, Prosper, etc. I used to like Hesper for girls, but now it's a little harsh and hissy for me.
