Well, I think that Evie is a cute name. I don't like Eve or Eva, funny huh? I think of the Pokémon Evee or the girl from Disney Channel's Descendants. Mostly positive associations.

It sure as hell is. I forgot. Would've been funnier if I mistook it for Russian, as I don't know Russian either.
