I don't think it sounds posh, actually, the exact opposite. Might be ok for a pet or nickname but not a real name.

I have no frame of reference for it, but it seems unique/interesting to me, and I think the sound/meaning is pleasant.

Not even slightly posh! Rather, chosen by people harking back to an imagined past of cheerful peasants, non-interventionist governments, supportive communities with few if any interests outside their own boundaries ... not that I'm saying that you are any of those things! Just that the name seems to me likely to appeal to the people who do or would like to think that way.

I like the sound and meaning. It’s been on my pnl for years, but not a name I’d seriously consider giving to a daughter irl. It’s in the “interesting-name-for-a-character” category.
It would make a striking middle name. It doesn’t sound posh to me, but I’m not from UK.
