Alouishes - which has the added benefit of have all 5 different vowels.
Elouisius would make most sense, but looks odd, Elouisious works too, but looks odder.
best option if we're more serious
Aloïsius - looks closest and would work, maybe Eloïsius, bc Eloïse is more known?
