I'm not Polish, so Katarzyna just doesn't work at all for me. I know the z is silent but in English that just doesn't make sense.
The sound of it is very pretty. If I wanted the sound I'd just use Katerina or Caterina.
I like Katrina a lot; my mother always had a doll named Katrina when she was little, and everyone assumed she'd name me Katrina, but apparently it never occurred to her.
I think along with Katrina, my favorite Katherine form is Kathleen or Kaitlyn.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
