It's alright. Seems circa '60s-'70s, to me, and in the same style vein as Suellen, Lynette, Janelle. I feel like it is kinda bland.
I once knew sisters born in the early sixties, who were named Leanne and Lynell.
I agree with you about the spelling. Leanne and Liane are the only spellings I like.

I know a 50ish Louanne with a sister Suellen! A solid South African family.
