Sounds like something a country music star or rodeo folk would use. It's highly evocative but also completely devoid of the awareness of real world consequences.
Reminds me of the time I met someone who was named "Rawhide" by their Western-loving British parents. Perhaps unsurprisingly Rawhide was in the process of a legal name change.

Wow. That's really not a namey word...I don't even like Tanner, but it's a gorgeous classic next to Rawhide.

I know, I'm usually the type of person who loves meeting people with unexpected names but in this case even I was like "oh dear"
