This is my opinion on these names. You can disagree.
Colin (or Collin) (A more female way is Collyn)
Alex, Brandi or Brandy, Carl, Andy, Tomison, Wren, Kalani, Shay, Ashton, Aston, Blair, Blake, Brook (Though i prefer Brooke, thats more female) Camryn, Chandler, Coby, Dallas, Darian, Derby, Devin, Dylan, Davis, Haven, Jaden, Jamie, Joss, Kennedy, Kirby, Kevin, Lake, Leigh, Logan, Mickey, Morgan, Murphy, Page, Parker, Paris, Reign, Ricky, Riley, River, Robin, Sebby, Sinclair, Skyler, Teddie, Toby, Tristen, Windsor.

I'm not seeing an oipinion: just a list.
Colin? Maybe if parents wanted to use Colin and had a daughter instead, they might consider Collyn, but why, when Colleen exists?
Alex - all the Alexa people I know never shorten it. Brandi or -y is so dated and was always fem. Carl for boys, Carla, nn Carl if necessary, for girls. Andy, yes but as a nn; I knew an Ann who was sometimes called Andy. Tomison - if you have seen this IRL, you can submit it, but I certainly haven't. Wren seems fem. I'm not familiar with Kalani. Shay is male to me, derived from Seamus; I don't appreciate it because it's just too close to Shame. Ash- names could be either; I dislike them all. Aston, mn Martin? I find car names unfortunate. Blair, Blake and Brook(e) seem exclusively American so far. Camryn probably fem. Chandler is a ln and was a male occupation. Coby? Coby, in the form of Cobie or, more likely, Kobie, works as a nn for Jakoba so fem is fine. Dallas, not outside the US. Darian? Darien is geographical, but I've never seen it with an -a- or on a human. Derby, like the horse race - just another place name. Sorry, Lsia, I'm getting thoroughly bored with this. I'll be selective: Dylan, m. Leigh, preferably f. Morgan, m. Robin, m. Teddie, who knows; Teddy, m. Toby, like my cat, m, The rest can be whatever anyone likes; I haven't seen them IRL and wouldn't use them.

Alex on a girl is usually short for Alexandra or Alexandria, Alexa is short enough already that no one really shortens it to Alex (but they do sometimes shorten it to Lexi/Lexie/Lexy.)
I've never actually met a Seamus (US) but I've met a lot of girls named Shay, Shae, and elaborations like Shaya, Shayna, and Shayana.
I like Wren, Kalani, Tristen, Robin, River, Morgan, and Devin. I would like Sinclair if it didn't remind me of the petrol company.
How I'd group these names:
Male - Carl, Andy, Tomison, Ashton, Aston, Blair, Blake, Brook, Chandler, Coby, Dallas, Darian, Dylan, Davis, Jaden, Sinclair, Robin, Reign, Ricky, Riley, Leigh, Logan, Mickey, Kirby, Kevin, Parker, Teddie, Toby, Tristen, Windsor, Murphy, Lake
Female - Wren, Kalani, Shay, Brooke, Brandi or Brandy, Camryn, Paris, Page, Haven
Unisex - Alex, Skyler, Jamie, Joss (on a girl I'd expect it to be short for Jocelyn), Morgan, River, Kennedy, Devin
(I have met people with names outside this list-- I've seen girls named Blake, Logan, Parker, and Mickey; Paris, Robin, and Kalani are really unisex; etc. but this is how I instinctively categorize these names. Cameron would be unisex or male but Camryn is definitely one of those American "feminizations" with a random y.)
I've never heard of Derby or Sebby. I've met a few girls named Darby, and I'd guess Sebby was short for Sebastian so probably male.
