Sylvana is a name that I've loved on-and-off over the years. There was a short time where I thought I preferred the Italian spelling, Silvana (which I also think is more common / popular), but that has passed. The name also has some connection to my family tree: my grandma's youngest sister is Sylvia, and their father was Sylvester (originally Silvestro, but he Americanized his name when he came to the U.S.).
There's one problem, though: I can't come up with good combos.
Right now I'm working with Sylvana Vale. I like the way it looks, but I'm wondering if it's too on-the-nose as far as nature names are concerned. I've also considered Sylvana Clara (Clara is the aforementioned Sylvia's middle name, and my great-grandma was Ethel Clara), but I'm unsure of the flow there. Sylvana Tesni was a combo I had in my top names 10 years ago, but I think Tesni looks better with the Silvana spelling (which I'm not using).
Otherwise, I'm stumped, and open to pretty much any suggestions!
