From your list, I like Raina (or Reina) and Rileigh (or Reilly). My "R" names are: Rachael, Raphaela, Reeve, Regan, Reilly, Rory, and Rosemary.

I like the sound of Raphaela, but the spelling grates me. I'd change it to Rafaela. Rosemary is always lovely in this wistfully romantic way.
