Elliotte - I pronounce it El-lee-it. I'm not sure if I have typed it out right. But that is my best try.
It's a feminine spelling of the masculine name Elliot and I pronounce it the same way. The "Ellie" and "ette" sounds sound feminine although I do like it as a masculine name. Now that I look at it, it could also be a blend of Ellie and Charlotte and pronounced as rhyming with Camelot. Which pronunciation do you prefer? Do you think it could be unisex? Thanks for asking.
I just looked up Elliot and it is on the rise for boys. #164 in 2020 in the US for girls, #572

I prefer the sound of Elliot, but I see it as fully masculine.
