To me it sounds glamorous and a tad magical, because Velia reminds me of Vila - a mythical creature, similar to a nymph.

Velia is lovely! I had difficulty coming up with good combos, though. When I had this in my Top 10 I used Velia Francesca, but I wasn't 100% sold.
