I have used Elizabeth and would use Esme as mns; they are both family names.

I would also use Eleanor or Elinor, Eloise, Emily, Erica and Enid, though Enid doesn't work with my ln. I would consider Eve, also a family name. I would not consider Edna or Eileen, both of which are family names too.
