Another batch of names has been added to the database...

This update includes:
- revisions and additions to the Igbo, Yoruba and Swahili names
- revisions and additions to Indigenous American names
- added names from the user-submitted database that occurred most often on user's personal names lists
I was unable to verify the usage and meaning of these names so they were removed:
- Mchumba was listed as a Swahili name meaning "sweetheart"
- Sanaa(2) was listed as a Swahili name meaning "artwork"
- Saqui was listed as a Mapuche name meaning "favourite"
- Tendaji was listed as a Swahili name meaning "makes things happen"
