A good friend of mine in the UK is Vickie Patricia. Her parents had agreed on Vickie, rather than Victoria, but didn't discuss the spelling; when her father registered her birth, he gave Vickie as the spelling, which his wife never liked: presumably she would have preferred Vicky. (Her mn is because she was born on St Patrick's Day. Makes it easy to remember her birthday.)
I prefer Vickie. Vicky looks more like an adjective than a name, and Vicki looks unbalanced.
