I can't stand being called it, but it's fine for other people.
It's sharp....and less dated than it used to be although it does have a vibe like Ricky, Micky, Nikki and cliquey to me still...ice queen + hick + mobster's wife (about like a feminine Vincent "Vinnie"). Or potentially, it could seem kind of like a friendlier or more down-to-earth Vivian (I like Vivian, but it seems cold to me sometimes). Just depends on the person.
I'd skip the c spellings and go for Vikki (would probably prefer Vika, although it's not the same).
