I'd prefer Elifalet.
I assumed, that it had to be "biblical", (before I looked it up);
so I'd think that his/her parents are either religious or just want a unique biblical name:).
And I pronounced it as Eh-LEE-fuh-let, even though it's /əˈlaɪfəlɛt/, (lie, not lee), according to Wiki.
