Cella is the name of my uncle's golden retriever puppy. What do you think of it (as a pet and/or a human name)?

Cute for a dog, but I prefer the full name Marcella for a human.

I'm tempted to pronounce it CHEL-ah like cello (an instrument) but with an -a.
So, I subconsciously associate it with music and... Italy. It seems uncomfortably unusual, but interesting.
