It's like the backup nn of Zuzanna, it's okay but not as appealing as Zuzia. It's fun to have that option to mix things up a bit every once in a while - it's neutral enough that it can work as substitute fairly well without changing the tone too much, like e.g. Zuzka, which is even more playful, would.

I can see it more on a character than on an actual person, even just as a nickname.
