Welcome to my fantasy congrats, I should say all the rules used here are inspired by many different people but I believe a lot of it originates from a user called Saphirdufeu so credit to her!
Anyways I’d like to start by saying story aspects are greatly appreciated but if you don’t want to just skip the optional story bits.
Speaking of which,

For future rounds I will include story suggestions (influenced by Cassilda in Carcosa) but for now I will give you the option for where they live and this will more or less be aesthetic of your story)

Titles are up to you for now, but in future rounds that will be the die’s decision. Succession of titles are also up to you.
The parents structures are also up to you (this includes things such as paramours) and ages are up to you.
Role a 20 sided dice for the parents:
1-5 is no children, 6-8 is 1 child, 9-14 is 2 children, 15-20 is 3 children.
These children can be biological or adopted. Ages are up to you, but if they are over 18 you may use the same rules for children but this will remain optional for now.
Generate a 20 sided dice for all singles aged 15 or older. If they are under 18, 12 or above is a significant other. If they are between 18 and 26, 7-13 is a significant other, 13-16 is an engagement, and 17-20 is a marriage. If they are 27 or older, 6-9 is a significant other, 10-14 Is an engagement, and 15-20 is a marriage. The ages of the spouses and fiancé/fiancée are up to you.

Ezra and Callista were never material for an epic tale. Ezra Creed was a knight of the duke in a peaceful, boring duchy. Callista Blackwood was the daughter of the tanner. She was given to Ezra by her father when she was seventeen. They had a son the next year, Ezra "Prosper" Creed. Ezra left the knighthood with permission from his lord and decided to farm, still known as Sir Creed, however. He, Callista, and Prosper moved to an old tower on the Creed land, built by Ezra's ancestors. He hired a few farmhands and a young woman to help with house and woman's work. She was an immigrant named Mei. At age twenty, she had left her family in the country and come to Rayworth for a better life.
Mei was interesting, and exciting prospect. Ezra was always distracted by new things. Although he nd Callista had only been married a year, he was giving more and more time to Mei. When Prosper was two, Mei had a daughter, Aditi. Mei had taken work at the tavern some nights to collect cash and Aditi looked so much like Mei it was a hard deal to tell who the father was. Ezra knew, though. She had his wanderlust in her little early-walking feet and sparky brown eyes. The next year, another daughter came, Dido. It was obvious she was half-Rayworthish. Callista was suspicious, but did not confront her husband. She was content with a son of her own and did not care about her husband's dealings as long as they didn't affect her agenda.
That's right, Callista had an agenda. She was going to take over the family tannery. Her father was old and she had no brothers. She would not let Ezra take it and do who knows what. She loved Prosper as a son, but Callista was a realist. He was also a tool.

Now that Prosper is eighteen, it's time to search for a wife. He is unofficially courting Lady Carolina of Foxland, the duchy in which the Creeds live. Ezra pulled some strings to get them started, but everything about their relationship is uncertain due to Carolina's high suspicion of everyone and Prosper's schemes to get rich.

Prosper and Amaryllis are a young couple living in Cambria on the Water. Prosper is a boat builder, as was his father and grandfather. Amaryllis is well known locally for her cakes and pastries, and she is always called upon to bake the celebration cake at the annual Festival of Bounty. As custom dictated, Prosper and Amaryllis were bonded in their sixteenth year and passed through their Time of Bonding without incident. They were married once Amaryllis turned ninteen (which meant that Prosper was almost twenty, having been born early in the rainy season). Their first child, Keane Greenhill, was born a year and a half later. Their first daughter, Kalona, was born the following year. After that, four years passed until their thirdborn, Edric, arrived.
Now, two years later, Keane has started his academic studies. He loves swimming with the other boys, and is looking forward to his first sailing lesson with Prosper next year. Kalona is already picking up some of Amaryllis' skills in the kitchen, and she loves helping her mother cook. She rarely leaves her side. Edric is a happy toddler who is learning to swim and is probably the most proficient of the three kids for his age.

Lady Callista Appleton was a woman of 19 with straw-blond hair and a rather horse-like demeanour, bored to tears during a ball thrown to honour one of her five sisters' coming of age. The guests in attendance were - like herself - country bumpkins, and their company one she had endured her whole life. She liked the country, with its bracing weather and its foxhunts organised by her father, the earl, but she would have enjoyed some diversion.
Said diversion presented itself in the form of one of the guests, who, in his stiff, ill-fitting uniform of Her Majesty's Secret Service - not the official name of the clandestine organisation he belonged to, of course - cut quite a different figure than the other attendants. He was sallow of complexion, and his jaw-length black hair seemed rather greasy, but something about the young man intrigued Lady Callista, and she arranged an introduction.
She learnt that the man in question was 24 year-old Lupus Castletown, a promising agent of Her Imperial Majesty. While he was shy at first, he soon proved an amiable companion with a talent for wry observational humour much after Callista's own heart, and they spent the rest of the evening chatting away affably.

Atop the tallest hill on the farthest edge of town loom the darkened walls of Godshill, a manor full of dark tales and stories of ghosts. Inhabited by the solitary Duke Naeem, a young man at the time, a light came upon Godshill when a beautiful and mysterious young woman by the name of Amaryllis appeared on his doorstep. With no memory of her life before, Naeem took her in and gave her a place to live. Stories and rumors of this woman spread far and wide through the town, many claiming she came to seduce Naeem and take his fortune, many others claiming Naeem crafted her from magic to fill a need.
In truth, Naeem and Amaryllis, though they wed quickly to subdue the rumors, found their true pleasures elsewhere. Unbeknownst to the rest of the town, another couple, Lord and Lady Gold from a country far away, had come to crash at Godshill, seeking shelter for the similar reasons. Married at the bequest of their parents, Gwydion and Aditi ran to seek their freedom. Born to pixie parents, the two bear magical gifts of their own, which they bestow upon Naeem and Amaryllis to gift them children that the rumors may steer away from their private lives while Gwydion and Naeem foster a relationship and Amaryllis and Aditi foster theirs.
The children of this unusual union, Raen and Amina, have never stepped foot outside the manor walls, unaware of the rumors that waft around the town about themselves and their family.

Once upon a time in the kingdom of Northwood, there lived a king named Alphonso Thaddeus Prosper Featherstone. Alphonso was the only child of King Amos Thaddeus Prosper and Queen Theophania Marlene Greenhill Featherstone. His father took over from his father at a young age and Amos had begun to fear there would be no heir and the king of Southwood would inherit his kingdom. Late in Theophania and Amos welcomed their only child.
As a boy, Alphonso trained to be king. His father wanted heirs to the kingdom so Amos arranged a match between Geraldine Amina Appleton and Alphonso. Geri was two years younger than Alphonso and very beautiful. However their match was more about duty than love. Geri and Alphonso had a son, Apollo Thaddeus Featherstone. Geri died when Apollo was two years old. Alphonso raised his son so that eventually Apollo can be king. Three years ago King Amos died. Alphonso became King, but misses his father. At the time, Alphonso was courting the lovely Callista. She is young, but Alphonso arranged the match with her father. Callista and Alphonso are hoping to have children of their own.

His father took over from his father at a young age and Amos had begun to fear there would be no heir and the king of Southwood would inherit his kingdom. Late in Theophania and Amos welcomed their only child.
As a boy, Alphonso trained to be king. His father wanted heirs to the kingdom so Amos arranged a match between Geraldine Amina Appleton and Alphonso. Geri was two years younger than Alphonso and very beautiful. However their match was more about duty than love. Geri and Alphonso had a son, Apollo Thaddeus Featherstone. Geri died when Apollo was two years old. Alphonso raised his son so that eventually Apollo can be king. Three years ago King Amos died. Alphonso became King, but misses his father. At the time, Alphonso was courting the lovely Callista. She is young, but Alphonso arranged the match with her father. Callista and Alphonso are hoping to have children of their own.

The Foxlands were an old, aristocratic dynasty, fallen on hard times. Their debts accrued interest in foreign banks and gnawed at their finances as well as their reputation - rumour had it that the most recent Lord and Lady Foxland desperately hoped to pawn off their only daughter to any man of sufficient rank and income, much to her despair. When Julius II was crowned king of Albion, he made it his duty to tour the noble estates of the country. When it was time to visit the Foxlands, what he saw was not the fine estate it was once was, but a derelict ruin overgrown with ivy, its peripheries engulfed by an impenetrable forest.
As was customary, the noble hosts organised a hunt for the new king. Foxland Forest was not well suited for hunting - it housed more wolves than deer or foxes, and the trees formed so thick a canopy that even at noon, the forest was engulfed in darkness. Maybe it was a wolf that startled the skittish horse the newly-minted Julius II rode on. Either way, the mare bucked, threw her rider off, and gave him a nasty concussion.
As soon as they realised the king was not dead, and merely unconscious, Lord and Lady Foxland were elated, and seized their opportunity. They made sure that when he woke up in the evening, it would be their beautiful daughter Xanthe dabbing at his forehead demurely with her handkerchief. Their scheming proved successful - the king was so besmitten by the girl that he made her his bride. And Xanthe was much happier to marry the new king of Albion - still young, ambitious, and good-natured - than to be pawned off to a lecherous drunk of a baron.

The people of Rosetown whisper that the tower was a lighthouse once, in a time lost to history, upkept by years and years of Northwoods until the sea dried up and the very tower itself began to change. Esau, the current patriach, certainly looks the part - a ruddy, haggard face with crinkly eyes and a thick beard. It makes him quite the odd match for his wife Kalyani. Her smooth brown skin, long black hair, and delicate, bird-like features made her a beauty known all through Rosetown, even as she stays in the Northwood Tower. The couple have three children - Amos, Ezra, and Amabel. Ezra, poor child, resembles his father, looking world-weary at only 10. Little Amabel is just as lovely as her mother. And Amos, well, Amos is a fine blend of the odd couple - black hair as thick as his father's, sharp grey eyes, warm bowed lips, and skin tan enough, you'd never know he barely leaves the tower. Kalyani leaves fairly often (once or twice every few weeks) to visit town, shop, fellowship. Normally, Amos stays put. As the eldest, he's Esau's apprentice, and keeping care of the tower is hardwork. But a few months ago, Amos was allowed to market with his mother, and there he met Theophania Murgatroyd. Rich by some's standards and a pauper by others, Theophania is the daughter of a local schoolmaster. A quiet girl, she's a great beauty, resembling the Greek statues of the classics her father is so fond of. They caught each other's eye instantly, and Kalyani let them be. Since then, they've written daily without cease. While Esau found it frivilous, there seemed no harm in their dalliance - until Amos ran off last week, leaving only a note that he had eloped with his love.

Why, just WHY, out of all people, would Cassian marry a poor woman, and a FOREIGNER, at that! His parents are so distraught, they nearly disown him. 17-year-old Aikaterine Theophania DeRoy, who is supposedly visiting family, according to the story she told her grandmother, is a poor Greek woman who recently immigrated to Cassian's country. Having very little money, she took a job as a tailor, which offered very little pay, just enough to give her a home and keep her alive. She was in the service of one of the best tailors in the village, the place where wealthy people go to get her clothes. That's how she met Cassian. At first, the two were friends, and then they become lovers. About a few years later, they got married, though Cassian's parents disapproved deeply. Aikaterine came to live with Cassian in his family's gothic-style manor, where they lived together, and a couple of years later, had 3 children: Hendric, Julius(of "Julie" to annoy him), and little Callista, who usually went by Callie. Each having varied and colorful personalities, the children were a lot to handle, but they were always bringers of jollity.
