I thought of it because a baby boy I know was recently given that name. Did not know it before.

I like it a lot but I think people would mispronounce it by saying it to rhyme with Muriel. Otherwise it's pretty and has a lovely meaning

Yes but when you tell the person how to pronounce it it will be repeated. It’s not hard to pronounce.

I thought it was Spanish or native Mexican at first! It has that type of sound (like Nuria or Itzel).It's very nice. I like names that have the meaning 'light' in them, they're very uplifting. I think I like it better than Uriel.
