[Opinions] Hyacinthine
What do you think of Hyacinthine? I just learned about the hyacinthine (or hyacinth) macaw, and I thought it was beautifully choice.
Do you like Hyacinthine or Wilhelmine more?

I’m done.
What do you mean by “I’m done”?
Wilhelmine 100%
Hyacinthine makes me think of chemicals, like Hyacinthine would be an element that is beautiful blue-purple or a chemical used to dye things. Hyacinth isn't much better in the UK, I think a lot of people associate it with a satirical character from the 90s still. Hyacinth macaws are beautiful animals though, you can see in their eyes that they're basically hyperactive, flying bird chaos with razor sharp pincers attached to their faces... majestic, haha.

Don't like either
It seems an unnecessary elaboration on Hyacinth(e), which I think makes a much nicer name
So I would pick Wilhelmine. Though I do prefer Wilhelmina.

It's an adjective. I prefer nouns as names. And I prefer Wilhelmina; it makes the pronunciation clear.
Hyacinthine macaws are beautiful! They must look magnificent, flying in flocks.

It's a mouthful, Hyacinthe is much better. I don't particularly care for Wilhelmine either.
sounds very chemical ...
Like some kind of purple dye, to be exact. It's way too bloated for a real person's name. I'd even say it would not even be plausible for most fictional characters.
