I like Liliosa. I'm not a big fan of most lil- names, but Liliosa is nice. Uncommon, not too frilly or cutesy.

I love that it's baroque but grounded (because botanical).

Liliosa is actually used in the Philippines. It's also the name of a woman martyred in Andalusia in the mid-9th century.
