A long time ago I worked with a gal from Belgium named Manuela. I probably would not have liked the name, if not for her - it would just make me think of "manual." As it is though, I kinda like the name. It's pretty. Better than similar names like Emmanuelle or whatever, IMO.

I prefer Emmanuella.

It's alright - I prefer Emmanuelle / Immanuela though.
