[Opinions] Lupo
Over the weekend, I saw the poignant new film Le otto montagne (The Eight Mountains), and the youngest version of one of the protagonists was played by an Italian boy named Lupo. I love it! It's dramatic but not self-serious. What do you think? Is it rising in popularity in Italy? Some combos:Lupo Samuele
Lupo Raffaele
Lupo Sylvester
Lupo Eleazar
Lupo Andrea
Lupo Terence
Lupo Conrad
Lupo Erasmus
Lupo Stanislav
Lupo Ladislao
Lupo Ferdinando
Lupo Arcangelo

I only know it as Prince William’s dog’s name. I think it works better on a dog.

I'm not Italian so this may be incorrect but it looks like this name hasn't charted in Italy since the 1400s.It is kinda cute and I can see it on a young boy but I'm struggling to see it on a man. Probably because it sounds so adorable. Maybe a good cat or dog name?

Y'know, I kind of like it. I've been interested in Lope lately, but Lupo rolls off the tongue easier.

I don’t like it. Reminds me of lupus and even if it didn’t, I think it sounds odd and kind of dumb
