I’m not a huge fan of it as a name for a girl as my first thought is The Winslow Boy a play by Terence Rattigan written in the 1940s. I had to study it in detail for school when I was 11.

It is a last name and I don’t like most last name first names. Though there are a few exceptions this isn’t one of them.
