inspired by the Oregon Trail series of video games:
Character 1: the pack leader, a free-born american
Character 2: character 1's companion of the opposite gender- wife, girlfriend, fiancé, sister, cousin, whatever.
Character 3: a freed slave. black, creole, or other forms of mixed-race.
Character 4: an immigrant from the old world.
Character 5: your choice (provide a background).
