It makes me think Scylla (I know that's pronounced with a "k" sound but I always read it like the end of Priscilla!)

I like it better if it isn't short for Priscilla.

It's ok. It's fine as a short form of Priscilla. technically Priscilla ia already a nickname. It's the ancient diminutive nickname for Prisca.

Least favorite nickname for Priscilla. It looks too much like Scylla, the hideous monster from Greek myth.

There was a 60s singer called Cilla Black. Think I prefer that spelling.

This reminded me that I love the name Scylla, I had forgotten about it!

Scilla is pretty cool. I like Priscilla a lot too, and Scilla is a neat nickname for it (as opposed to Pris or Prissy).
