I like it. It's a solid virtue name, a vigorous reminder not to give up and to keep following your dreams. You can get the nickname Percy out of it, which comes across, to me, as casually regal. Maybe it is a bit Puritanical, like Wraith said, but it's not extremely long and not terribly hard to spell.
