Is Raya pronounced like RAY-a or Rah-ya? Since I think it could be pronounced either way, I'm going to downvote it. Raina / Rayna is a bit clearer.
Iris is willowy and genteel but not very robust sounding- like a woman given to fainting spells in an old movie.
Wren has cottagecore cuteness but is a bit too twee for my taste.

The Raya I knew pronounced it Rye-uh.
I used to not like Wren - it was stubby and gray and wrenching. Now I feel like it's young and spritely in a calm unpretentious way. The change happened as it got more popular but also when I decided it could be similar to Lauren (except also Lark, Robin, or Gale).
Iris is persnickety. It reminds me of Enid, Ellis, Ivy, but more purple and flowy.
Raya is basically a red sun - warm and something I see everyday, except not quite. I'd be unsure how to pronounce it: rhyming with Maya, as in the Disney movie? Or like Ray with an A?
I could go with any of them. It would depend on the middle name or the person. But I will say today I'd rather be called Wren, of these. Plus I like the idea of Wrenna and "Wren" if I want.

If I were sure how to pronounce Raya I might like it more ... but it seems to have been coopted already so I dunno, it's like Siri. Anyway I think it's not bad, but it's not better than Iris. Wren irritates me for some reason, and reminds me of Ren and Stimpy. I think Wrenna is nice though, and could compete with Raya maybe.

Raya. I know it's a dating app, but I still really like it. I also love Raina. Second would be Wren. I went to high school with an Iris and she was teased - Iris the Virus. It ruined the name for me.
Wut. Iris does not rhyme with virus at all in my accent. That teasing would have been too lame to attempt, where I grew up at least.
I also knew an Iris the Virus when I was in high school. Totally easy to rhyme.

Do you say EE-ris or EE-rees? I've only hear it the IE-ris way...or do you just pronounce virus differently?

I don't say Iris as Eye-russ, and I don't say virus as Vie-riss. In the same way that I don't say "did" as "dud," "wrist" as "rust," or "dammit" as "dammut." The "rhyme" of Iris/virus is "one mile from home" - so close that it emphasizes the difference, for me.
Iris does not rhyme with Cyrus either. Cyrus the Virus would not be so lame imo, since that actually does rhyme.
I don't even think rhyme-teasing is a real problem with any decent name though. It's just something people list when we think of reasons we don't like a name.

Ok, they're all basically a schwa to me. Not like dud and rust.
A negative rhyme seems even more unnoticeable to me with Iris because it's such an object type word in addition to being established; I'd think most people would strongly associate it with flowers and to a lesser extent color/perfume/eyes before thinking of rhymes. But if I'd heard someone taunted IRL with a rhyming NN, I guess I'd notice.

Iris, definitely. Raya is that faux-exclusive dating app, and Wren has always sounded insubstantial to me.

There’s a Disney movie called Raya and the Last Dragon.
Iris, all the way. It's one of the very few flower names I like. Wren is pretty daft - what if she grew up large, plump and clumsy? IMO, it's for the birds. I've never seen a Raya, and now that I've looked it up I'm not that much wiser. It looks like a fem form of Ray, as in Ray Charles, but it's also too close to rayon for comfort.
