It's so excessively and deliberately twee that it mocks itself, and seems suited to a loud and bit... I mean, forceful persona.
Kind of like Lolly and Dolly and Missy and Sissy and Fancy and Buffy.
Which is fun, in a way, but I think it makes a better pseud or character name, than a real name.
