According to this site, these names are new to the New Zealand Top 100 for 2023:
Feminine: Esther, Cleo, Manaia, Iris, Arabella, Amber, Tilly, Rehmat, Marley, Skylar, Faith, Clara
Masculine: Malakai, Elias, Gabriel, Billy, Enzo, Freddie, Harley, Myles, Atlas, Isaiah, Zorawar, Braxton
My favourites are Esther, Manaia, Iris, Clara, Malakai, Elias, Enzo, Myles, Atlas, & Zorawar. If I had to pick one from each list, they'd be Clara & Myles

My favourites are Cleo, Iris, Malakai, Atlas and Isaiah.
I don't mind Arabella, Myles (prefer Miles), Amber (although this name now seems dated to me), Tilly, Faith, Esther (although I've always considered it a mouthful to pronounce), Clara, Gabriel, Billy, Enzo or Freddie.
Manaia, Zorawar and Rehmat are fun to see. I'm not a fan or Harley, Braxton, Marley or Skylar - some are too surname-y for my tastes and I think the other "mashup" style names will date quickly.
I don't mind Arabella, Myles (prefer Miles), Amber (although this name now seems dated to me), Tilly, Faith, Esther (although I've always considered it a mouthful to pronounce), Clara, Gabriel, Billy, Enzo or Freddie.

I like/love these names.
Female: Esther, Cleo, Iris, Arabella, Faith and Clara
Male: Elias, Gabriel, Freddie and Isaiah

I like Tilly and Clara; Iris is OK. On the male list, I'd prefer Fred to infantile Freddie, and Bill to Billy.

I don't like Braxton, Freddie, Billy, Tilly. Amber and Harley are borderline.
Rehmat (being from rahmah) reminds me of Ruhamah because I was thinking if that was usable recently. Zorawar is unfamiliar to me, but I like it.
I'm not sure what to think of Manaia. I feel like I'd have to be a New Zealander to judge the nuance/symbol properly.
That leaves: Esther, Iris, Arabella, Marley, Faith, Skylar, Cleo, Clara, Elias, Malakai, Myles, Gabriel, Enzo, Atlas, Isaiah - nice names. I think I would pick...
