Castiel - My first thought is always Castiel from Supernatural
Ezekiel - Zeke would be a nice nickname

I'm not sure why these names are trending, maybe it's because Daniel has always been a relatively common name, so people are looking for names that have a similar ending but aren't as widely used? I have to say I do like the -iel ending a lot, I think it's got a lovely sound.
