Clara - CLEAR-uh
Julia - yoo-LEE-uh
Lucia - loo - CHEE - uh
Catarina - cat-ah-RAIN-uh
Lydia - nice, but not my style
Stella (or Estela) - I prefer Estela, but also not my style
