[Opinions] Marley and Oakley
I know someone who named her daughter Marley. I think it's boring. Wdyt? What about Oakley?

I like Oakley in theory, but as soon as I try to imagine it on a real person it falls apart. Marley is definitely a dog name to me, and it's great for that. I think I'd be underwhelmed by a baby Marley too.
Not a fan of either
I honestly like Oakley, but I don’t think I will use it.
Marley is ok, Oakley is awful.
I don't really like Marley, (who was as dead as a doornail before he became an unruly dog) but since I like Marlene and Marla and Marlena, it's not that bad.
I really hate Oakley. It really does sound like a dog's name. Also, while I'm at it, I have run across three or four little girls, toddler-age, lately named Oaklyn. This is so gross.
I don’t care for either. If I had to pick I’d choose Oakley. I associate Marley with Jacob Marley or a dog.
I don’t like either.
I think Marley is cute, and I also like Oakley.
I'm not a fan of either Marley or Oakley.
Marley and Scrooge?! No, really. Oakley sounds like a rather pretentious block of flats (apartment block?).
100% agree about Oakley.
Don't like either
