I certainly prefer set one to set two.
Although slightly different styles, I think Madeleine, Eloise, Ophelia and Theodore are well matched.
The second set is a hodge podge of styles that don't really "gel" together.
Group One: Camrym, Kyree & Corbyn.
Group Two: Seven
Group Three: Tabius (is this a unique alternative to Tobias?)
Group Four: Khalil (Arabic/Muslim)
Group Five: Chloe
There's really only ONE group and the rest are individual names that are very different from each other. Perhaps some children are older or they have different parent(s). Or maybe the parents wanted to confuse everyone. I'm in the confused category.

I think set two you could group as starts with the “Ka” sound and the twins.
