In English I prefer Casimir. I like the feminine French form Casimire as well(I associate it strongly with Marie Casimire Louise de La Grange d'Arquien who became queen Consort to Poland's King Jan Sobieski).
My favorite form is the original, Kazimierz (although one could argue the old Polish forms that are no longer in use are the original forms).
