wow what a hoard of unusual names.
Kathysboy and Kathysgirl look to me like placeholder names for someone who didn't give a name to the state for record.
Some of these are truly winceworthy and make me wonder if they are also placeholders and not meant to be used for personal address.
I also wonder how different they are or are not, from a list of one-bearer names from any given year in the past, for the area.
Ones that have inexplicable appeal for me - like I'd be oddly delighted to meet them, not that I'd necessarily choose the names:

Ozwin
Diamond
Coyote
Nestor

I know a Nestor ...
He's from Mexico originally.
There was an actor on some TV show back in the early 2000s, I think, named Nestor Carbonel. He was very handsome, if my memory is correct.
