I think that it's very beautiful and quaint sounding; Clarinda is an under-used gem, imo.

Prefer Clarissa. Clarinda seems a little over the top.

Poetic and brilliant, but it'd be more bearable in real life with a nickname such as Clara or Rindy. I prefer Clarissa and Claritta, although I like Clarinda.

I like it, it does sound a little tacky though. It’s a lot nicer than Clorinda.

Too ornate. Clare is wonderful and needs no help. Clara and Clarissa are OK, though I'd never use them myself. But Clarinda is just superfluous somehow.

It sounds older, but also kind of magical. I do prefer Clarita but like it way more than Clarissa.

I like it. It has the same kind of energy as thrift store jewelry. Clunky. Weird. Fun.

I prefer Clarissa, but Clarinda's quite sweet and glittery.
