And then Patricia and Priscilla, I suppose, though I don't feel much enthusiasm for them. I'd use Penelope and maybe also Philippa.
Oops - I clean forgot Pamela, which I really do like! And, oops again, I also forgot Polly, which I'd use as a full name. There's a 19th-century Polly on my family tree, but she was actually Mary.
