1. I'd say RAH-mo. Almost like Ramon without the n and the emphasis on the first syllable instead of the second.
2. RAY-mo sounds too much like Rambo for me.
3. Ramo is no where near as versatile a name as Horatio and I prefer Ray to Ramo. Ramo might work in my mind as a nn for Raymond, but even still I'd use Ray over Ramo. Especially for you! I see Ray as a stronger part of your future son's name. The -mo weakens the name in my mind.

Karana because I wanted to be her when I read Island of the Blue Dolphins in fifth grade! I spent many of my recesses in elementary school playing I was Karana, so I know the feeling. :) It's been my favourite book since my dad read it to me in second grade.Array
