[Facts] Rose?
Is the name "Роуз" just a translation of Rose or is it the Ukrainian and Russian form of Rose?
Is it used in Ukraine and Russia much?

It's just the Cyrillicised form. The form we use is Роза (Roza) which is already on the site. It's a Russian name (also used in some other cultures). It's not a "you know 40 people named this" name but it isn't obscure. It's not used often by Ukrainian speaking Ukrainians, because our word for rose is троянда (troyanda). You'll find more Ukrainian Rozas towards the East and South parts of Ukraine where the Russian speaking peoples live. It's also somewhat popular in Central Asia and the Central Asian related republics in Russia.
