Alijah -a coworker’s infant son (I work at a new place so I don’t really know this person)
Tuff -saw it on a name tag of a store employee (looked like he was in his early 20’s). It may be a nickname, but for what I don’t know.

Tuff could possibly be a nn for Christopher? A very "precious" and cutesy one, definitely. Otherwise, if it's just a misspelling of Tuff, it's childish as a full name or a nn.
I would have thought Alijah was a girls name. Tuff has to be a nickname, I hope...
I read it initially as a variant on Aliyah. It feels feminine to me. Elijah would have been clearer.
