I actually like it. It's obsolete but I see its appeal. Unfortunately, people won't use it in a long time because of the obvious association.
There's also a clunkier feminine form of this name used in my country: Adolfina, which I like better and has more nickname potential (Allie, Alina, Fina...). Of course, this one doesn't escape the association either.
