[Opinions] Angel
What is your favorite Angel version? What middle name would you pair with it?

Angelica, easily! Angel on a boy is really chic.
I love Angelica. It's mature and sophisticated.Order of preference (with other variants I like):Angelica > Angelique > Ángeles > Evangeline > Évangélique > Angelina > Angélie > Angela > Angelia > Angeline > Angel (only like it for a boy)
Angelique just left the top 1,000 and I'm a little sad! It was growing on me.My absolute top favorite is Evangeline. I like Angelica and Angelina. I am not a fan of Angel, Angela, or Angeline.
From your list probably Angelica. But overall I like the feminine Arcangela and the masculine author invented name Anhelli(which is clearly based on Angel).

From best to worst:Angelica
Angelique
Angeline
Angelina
Angela
Angel
EvangelineI find Angel too abrupt, and Angela is still too blunt and boring for me. Angelina is ok, although it's a little too sickly sweet for my current taste. Angeline is nice but I don't find it spectacular.Angelique feels dated in a fun way, and it's kind of loud and brassy, so I do enjoy that.I used to like Evangeline the most, but now I think it sounds preachy and cruel, so I like it the least. Gives me the shivers.Angelica is very nice; I like that it's also a botanical word name, and the name of an artist I admired when I was young, Angelica Kauffmann. I think Angelica is my favourite for those reasons.
I also don't like Evangeline. It's a little over the top.
I think a more important question is, if you are an angel and go to heaven where having a name like Angelica is considered awkward, what would you change it to? It would be like having the name Earthling or Human on Earth.
Evangeline. For a middle name I'd choose Noelle.
I like Angela the most and second to that Angeline (long ee sound). I've come across many named Angelina and only a few Angelica or Angela, and not many others from this list that I remember.
I am of an age where my immediate association with Angelica is from Rugrats, which is not a great association. A shame because I think I'd like it more otherwise.None of these names are big favorites, but Angela in particular is not objectionable. Angelina isn't bad. Angeline and Angelique are not my kind of name, but they're find. I really dislike Evangeline.Angel is easily the worst of these, though.
Anhelina, nickname Helya
