Ok, I think that ruined it!
I feel like it could be used as name in modern English, it would not have communist connotation there and sounds like trendy name
Some of communist soviet names are ok (like Astrela, it isn't related to 100% horrible part of communism and could be not communist in other places of world) and some are well ... not, to say the least.
