I like it. It's so cute and very pretty.

I used to like it then I met a real life Elise and she was a disrespectful entitled person who soured my view of the name! Oh well!

It's one of my favourite forms of Elizabeth. I'm fond of it as a name on its own, but it's also pleasant as a nickname for Elisabeth. Elise is adorable and elegant.

Only Elizabeth, Élisabeth, and Elisabeth were unanimously signed amongst my friends.

It's nice. It's quiet and silvery. I think I like it much more written than spoken - it would be a good name for a character in a book. We say "eh-LEEZ" here and I find "eh-LEES" much nicer.

I find it very pretty! I'm surprised it wasn't on my PNL because I've liked it for a long time, though it's never been a top favorite.

I think it's classic and sophisticated!

I'm neutral about Elise. But I feel Elise is better than Elsie (because of Elsie's associations (Elsie Dinsmore series, Elsie the Cow; I've seen both on internet) that I don't like). And I think Elise is okay as full name.

Uusally pronounced eLEES here in South Africa: French isn't widely taught or used, so eLEEZ and deNEEZ, like hurricanes, hardly happen. I quite like it, though I wouldn't use it as a full name - I have used Elizabeth, a family name, as a mn for my daughter and that's my limit.
