I like it, having known a Welsh Rhiannon. I tend to think that very speciiically minority ethnic names like that go better with a surname of the same heritage, unless the name's ethnicity is in the child's background. I especially dislike an obviously ethnic minority name paired with another ethnic minirity surname ... but that's just me!
