As Andy says this looks German. What makes it look German is the -sch-. That is a common combination of letters in German, being how the sound represented by "sh" in English is normally written in German, but I do not believe it occurs in native French words. Why did your parents give you this name? Where did they see it or hear it? How do you pronounce it?

It's pronounced Row-Shay. I don't know where my mom got it from. There is an accent mark over the E. That's what made me think ot was French.
